All FatStraps are made in the USA from high quality durable components, and the Military Grade straps are especially tough. The FatShark version has a stationary battery pouch sewn into the right side that perfectly holds your goggle battery or 18650 case. The DJI version has a removable sliding elastic section that allows you to mount your battery anywhere along the strap, or in your pocket. Our warehouse staff is highly trained to pack your goods precisely according to the specifications we provide. Before they are shipped, your goods will be thoroughly inspected and secured. We ship to hundreds of thousands of customers each day across different countries. This is a sign of our determination to become the biggest online retailer on earth. Warehouses and distribution centers can be found in Europe and the USA.
It is important to note that orders with more than one item will be given a processing time according to the item.
Prior to shipping, we check the item carefully before shipping. Today, most orders will be shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time varies between 3-7 days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic. It is not managed entirely by us, as we are involved with multiple parties such as the factory and the storage. The levels of stock can change at any given time. Be aware that your order may be unable to fill after you place the order.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since the date you bought the item and we're unable to offer you a full exchange or refund.
The item must not be used, and it must be in the original packaging. It should also be in the original package.
